Knowing you have someone to call on, in addition to your Midwifery/OBGYN care, to support you in navigating your prenatal, birth, and postpartum passages can be a magical addition that helps a birth story to sparkle.

Distance birthwork support is available for families who live outside of Humboldt + Mendocino Counties.

Virtual Visits are done in the comfort of your own home via Zoom, WhatsApp, or Factime Audio or Video. *Video preferred for as much connection and familiarity as possible.

Distance Prenatal+Labor+Birth+Postpartum

My Manzanita Bundle is available for those looking for those wanting on-call virtual support during labor / birth, as well as virtual visits before and after delivery. This is a great option for those looking for continuity of care!

Through evidence based information/education & client centered virtual visits from the comfort of your own home, you can be heard and held as you experience the full spectrum of your pregnancy journey. I'm as close as your phone to offer holistic space holding, birth/postpartum plan making, lactation support, and so much more in addition to your Midwifery/OBGYN care.

Audio or *Video Virtual Visits: Zoom, WhatsApp, or FaceTime

5-6 Prenatal Visits

In these visits we cultivate our relationship; I support the emotional, physical, and spiritual states of you (& your partner/family); birth & labor plans/preferences are decided, childbirth education & so much more.

1-2 hrs each over Zoom; drop in phone support available in between prenatal visits. Unlimited text support.

Continuous Labor + Birth Support

From early labor through your first few hours postpartum, I'm available via audio/video call + text to support you and welcome the new life. Whether birthing at the hospital, a birthing center, or at home with a midwife, you will have me to rely on in addition to your Midwifery/OBGYN care.

Distance Postpartum Support

Scheduled after your birth, we will have 6hrs of phone/video calls. These distance postpartum visits are to offer mind-body-spirit support as you & your family journey through the 4th Trimester. Our time together can include baby-feeding support and education, herbal consults, birth processing, postpartum healing guidance, self + infant massage lessons, baby wearing lessons and more.
