Packages are available for single or coupled people, and are intended to support continuity of care. Birthwork Offerings are available in addition to your Midwifery/OBGYN care for in and out of hospital birth.

Carnelian Package
Prenatal+Labor+Birth
My Carnelian Package is available for those looking for prenatal + birth + labor support, but who prefer to hold their own 4th Trimester themselves or work with a different postpartum birthworker.
Our time together will be focused in preparing you (& your family/partner) for the steps ahead in a way that is authentic & uplifting while cultivating the connection & trust we need for me to be a stable, grounding presence throughout your journey.
1 Prenatal Massage
Centered around the pregnant persons intentions of therapeutic pain management, comfort and relaxation, ​labor and birth preparation and/or Breech Balancing Bodywork.

5 Prenatal Visits
In these visits we cultivate our relationship; I support the emotional, physical, and spiritual states of you (& your partner/family); birth & labor plans/preferences are decided, & so much more.
1-2 hrs each; drop in support available in between prenatal visits.
Continuous Labor + Birth Support
From early labor through your first few hours postpartum, I'm by you & your family's side to support you and welcome the new life. Whether birthing at the hospital, our local birthing center, or at home with a midwife, you will have me to rely on in addition to your Midwifery/OBGYN care.
1 Postpartum Visit
Scheduled during the immediate 2 weeks postpartum. This visit is to offer mind-body-spirit support as you & your family enter your 4th Trimester. This is an opportunity for us to close our time together officially. This may include a belly binding lesson, traditional herbal support, sobada de matriz-womb massage, birth story processing-platica or more.
4-5hr daytime visit.

I'm honored to join you (& your family!) at any point during your prenatal journey! Turquoise package is available for those already pregnant looking for support for the full circle of your birthing journey. The time spent together as you journey over your sacred bridge allows for deep connection, trust, & understanding so I can support you & your growing family in the best way possible from pregnancy through the closing of your 4th Trimester.

They may include a traditional belly binding lesson, traditional herbal support, sobada de matriz-womb massage, birth story processing-platica, food preparation/meal planning, or more.
3-4hr Daytime visits.
Drop in phone support available in between postpartum visits.

Prenatal+Postpartum
Honoring this sacred time, the 4th Trimester - Postpartum Period - Cuarentena, is a ceremony I hold with deep respect. Each Amethyst package is custom to the needs of the recent birther, birthed & the family unit as a whole. This is a time of sacred rest, for birthers to bond, heal, & replenish after labor and birth & for the family as a whole to receive nourishment, support, & love as you bridge womb to home.
Visits may include a traditional belly binding lesson(s), traditional herbal support, sobada de matriz-womb massage, birth story processing-platica, food preparation/meal planning, or more.

I have been taught by my elders that the 4th trimester belongs to you if you are ever pregnant, no matter if you carry to full term, or if choice or circumstance lead you to not. This package is available for those returning home with or without new life accompanying.

Scheduled anytime after 32 weeks, this is a time for you to share your birth plan/intention with me, anything about your pregnancy that you feel is important,/may affect your postpartum time, & go over preferences for your return home. 1-2 hr visit.
4 or 6 Postpartum Visits

Honoring this first stepping stone that for some can be a bridge to cross in its own right, I offer non-medical support for individuals and families navigating their conception journey. No matter your (planned) method of conception, I can provide resources and education, as well as heart-centered continuity of care.
Support around conception for all family dynamics (including surrogacy) & womb health for fertility is customized to your specific needs & intentions.
There is no time frame that these offerings fit in to. There is no package rate.These offerings hold space for the mind-body-spirit-heart work that can come up during this process.

Conception does not always lead to bringing new life home. Sometimes it is a conscious choice, others a circumstance of pregnancy or birth complications. Miscarriage and abortion are tender times where support during conception, personal/medical intervention, and/or the 4th Trimester may be offered to honor the personal choices, healing, & medicine of grief of the gestating person (& their family).

End of Pregnancy Support varies depending on the individual being worked with, their preferences, beliefs, & intentions, & process.
