Leading up to your birth, did you find our time together adequately prepared you for labor, birth and/or postpartum? Was there anything that was particularly helpful or unhelpful? Any suggestions to improve visits/connection?

Is there a certain type of support you wish you would have received? Is there something during labor/delivery or postpartum you wish you would have tried and didn't? Is there anything you did receive that you didn't like?
