Virtual Birthwork Support

Your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey can be and deserves to be supported, even if not in person. Knowing you have someone to call on, in addition to your Midwifery/OBGYN care, to support you in navigating your prenatal, birth, and postpartum passages can be a magical addition that helps a birth story to sparkle.

Virtual birthwork support is available for those adapting to hospital policies or families who live outside of my immediate area. 

 

Virtual Visits are done in the comfort of your own home via Zoom, WhatsApp, or Factime Audio or Video. *Video preferred for as much connection and familiarity as possible.

Through evidence based information/education & client centered prenatal visits from the comfort of your own home, you can feel heard and held as you walk through your pregnancy journey and prepare for birth and postpartum. I'm as close as your phone to offer holistic space holding, birth/postpartum plan making, and so much more in addition to your Midwifery/OBGYN care.

 

  • 4 Virtual Prenatal Visits (1 -1.5 hr audio or video) to support your birthing journey.

  • Unlimited Text/Email Support from 36 weeks pregnancy through 2 weeks postpartum. 

Virtual 4th Trimester Package

Virtual 4th Trimester Support is here to help you as you cross the threshold of your postpartum journey with the confidence and nourishment you need to heal. Through evidence based information/education & client centered virtual visits from the comfort of your own home, you can be heard and held as you prepare for and embark on your 4th Trimester journey. I'm as close as your phone to offer holistic space holding, lactation support, and so much more in addition to your Midwifery/OBGYN care.

  • 6 Virtual Visits (1 -1.5 hr audio or video) to support you in preparing for and experiencing your 4th Trimester journey. 1-2 visits Prenatally to make 4th Trimester plan.

  • Unlimited Email/Text Support from 36 weeks thorough 1st year after Delivery.

Virtual Labor & Delivery Package

The Virtual Labor & Delivery option is for those wanting on-call virtual support during labor / birth, as well as virtual visits before and/or after delivery. This is a great option for those looking for continuity of care! 

Through evidence based information/education & client centered virtual visits from the comfort of your own home, you can be heard and held as you experience the full spectrum of your pregnancy journey. I'm as close as your phone to offer holistic space holding, birth/postpartum plan making, lactation support, and so much more in addition to your Midwifery/OBGYN care.

  • Virtual Visits (1 - 1.5 hr audio or video) to support your birthing journey. Clients can individualize this package by choosing whether visits are for prenatal and/or postpartum support. Package Includes 4 or 6 virtual visits. 

  • 24/7 On-Call Text & Phone Support from 36 weeks pregnancy through 4 weeks Postpartum.

  • Continuous Virtual Labor & Delivery Support via Text, Audio or Video (Zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime). 

  • Unlimited Email/Text Support thorough 1st year after Delivery.
